So Cuba's dictator decides to let his citizens have cellular connectivity. Now they're worried about mobs at the vendors. Its the same as if they had withheld sewage plumbing from the affluent of their country for a decade after the government muckety mucks had it. As if they were not one in the same. This kind of imposed 3rd worldness pisses me off!
