The AP reports it, Yahoo! posts it, and I comment on it. That's how it goes. So here it is. President Bush nominates someone the entire mainstream media (and quite a bit of the alternative media outlets) weren't expecting at all. Based on what I've read on Judge John Roberts, he has little to worry about as far as "questionable" ethics practices being reason enough for the Libs to jump his case. About the only thing Dick and Harry will be able to lay on this guy come hearing season is a brief Judge Roberts filed with the Supreme Court talking about how Roe v. Wade was poorly judged and should be thrown out. That is, of course, if Harry and Dick wish to be labled as lobbyist whores. We'll just have to see if they fit into those shoes, won't we?
