Fidel Castro's major contribution to his people... Buddy boy subsidised rice cookers for the people of his country; those of whom couldn't afford neither the rice, nor the cookers (AT THE REDUCED PRICE!!!)
So who do you figure it's going to worry too much (that matters) that he has a debilitating disease that will "warrant questions among U.S. policymakers about the communist country's future in the next several years?"
Somehow I think this might fall beneath China's and North Korea's international exposure radar by just a hair.
