This story posted on Yahoo! News is about a woman who's ex posted nude photos of her on Yahoo!'s personal profile section. Instead of trying to get her boyfriend to remove the profiles (he's the responsible one here), she sues Yahoo!. Very nice, huh? Ya see, her boyfriend probably doesn't have the $3M she's asking for in damages from Yahoo!, but you can bet Yahoo!'s liability insurance will cover it. No personal responsibility is required when you're being backed up (without consent!) by a huge corporation! How utterly stupid!
